She began her nursing journey in 1995 with a brief role in Germany before moving to Singapore, where she worked for two years. In the fall of 1999, she returned to Canada and joined BC Children’s Hospital (BCCH), initially working on 3G, the Cardiac Unit, and later transitioning to 3M as hospital.

For the past three years, she has served as the Clinical Resource Nurse on T7, offering leadership and support to her colleagues.
Since 2005, Megan has been an integral part of the Children’s Heart Network. She first contributed to the Growing Up With Heart Disease conference planning committee before taking on the role of camp nurse and co-leader for the Hearts of Gold camp in 2008.
