
Growing Up With Heart Disease - Partnering Together
Growing Up with Heart Disease is a collaborative 1-day Conference by and for families and healthcare professionals. Families and healthcare professionals sharing and learning from each other’s experiences of caring for children and youth with congenital, acquired and electrical heart disease.
- Special programs for youth (ages 13 – 19) will be offered.
- Healthcare professionals, parents and youth are welcome.
*There will be no children’s program or child care available at this year’s conference.
*We warmly welcome children to join us. However, please note that childcare services will not be available. We kindly ask that you take responsibility for your child during the event. If you think the presentations might be challenging for them to sit through, we suggest considering alternative arrangements.
