Make-a-Wish Canada
Provides wishes to children ages 3 to 17 years who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. Many children with a CHD have received a wish. If you are interested, contact Make-a-Wish Canada to discuss further. Paperwork will have to be completed by your cardiologist or pediatrician before they can determine whether your child is eligible.
