Calling all artists!
An invitation for heart children and siblings to come to a fun art workshop. The kids will get to paint ceramic hearts that will then be sent to well-known local artist Sid Dickens. He will mount them on custom-designed “CHN” memory blocks! Some of these gorgeous memory blocks will be auctioned off at the wine gala on Friday, April 28, and the rest will be auctioned online in September. Heart mom, CHN board member, and art teacher Kerry Harding will be our facilitator. We will also have a small canvas for each child to paint to take home.
When: Saturday, March 4, 1:30–3:30 pm
Where: Kerrisdale Community Centre, 5851 West Boulevard (at 42nd Avenue), Vancouver, in the seniors’ centre art room
