When: Saturday, December 3, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
What: A pancake breakfast, crafts, cookie decorating, face painting, balloon animals, a magic show, and photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus!
Where: Delta Hotels by Marriott Burnaby Conference Centre, 4331 Dominion Street, Burnaby
There is free parking under the hotel or in the casino lot across from the front door. Make sure you arrive on time to find seats and so you don’t miss brunch (starts promptly at 10 am) and the fantastic magic show.

11:00 am (or so) – surprise guest!
What do you need to do (IMPORTANT):
- Make sure your CHN membership is up to date. To join or renew, visit https://www.canadahelps.org/en/dn/m/46723/donation and choose “CHN Membership” from the drop-down menu. It is $25 per family per year.
- Email Sam at saitken@childrensheartnetwork.org by November 20 to RSVP with names of immediate family members and ages of children. Sorry, no extended family, as we are very tight on space.
How you can help:
- We REALLY need help in collecting donations and items for our raffle. Please ask your friends and business owners you know that might be willing to help, and email Sam at saitken@childrensheartnetwork.org to let us know what you can donate. Thank you! We can send you a letter that you can forward to potential donors; just let us know.
- We are also looking for some volunteers on December 3 to help set up, register guests, sell raffle tickets, and help at the craft table. If you, your friends, or an extended family member would like to help from 8 am to 1 pm, please email Sam at saitken@childrensheartnetwork.org.
