We take the ongoing situation with COVID-19 very seriously. The health and safety of our heart teens and families is our top priority.
As you are likely aware, all CHN and HOG events have been cancelled for March and April. We are following the situation very closely and we are prepared to cancel our May 15–18 HOG camp if the situation warrants.
We still encourage everyone to proceed as planned and continue to get all your medical and registration forms completed.
In the event our May camp is postponed, all the current registrations and medical forms will be honoured for a rescheduled camp.

It is time to register for Hearts of Gold camp!
As in past years, there are limited spots and important deadlines to get all the necessary forms in.
The deadline to get forms and payment in is April 1, 2020.
Note: If you are coming from outside the Lower Mainland, please email us ASAP.
Who: Heart teens aged 13–18 years
When: May 15–18 (you will have to take Friday off school)
Where: Zajac Ranch for Children, Mission, BC
Steps to apply for camp:
- Email Kristi at chnheartsofgold@gmail.com and tell us that you want to come.
- Visit Zajac Ranch for Children Online Camper Registration to register online and to print medical forms that need to be completed by your doctor.
Get started on them ASAP, as there is a lot to do, and the sooner you get them in the better!
- CHN will cover the cost for you to go to camp; however, we do require a $75 deposit to help contribute to the cost as well as to secure your spot.

Vancouver Island youths:
You will meet at Swartz Bay and travel on the ferry, and then we will be organizing a bus to pick you up from the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. It will also pick you up from Zajac Ranch and drive you back to the ferry for the trip home.
Currently we are planning to have you catch the 11:00 am ferry on May 15, so you will arrive in Tsawwassen at 12:35 pm, and we would then arrive at Zajac Ranch around 3:00 pm.
Other out-of-town youths:
If you are interested in coming to camp, please let us know ASAP, so we can look into whether we can help with covering the cost of transportation.
