DESCRIPTION:Come and celebrate the Fall Season while connecting with other heart families for pumpkin picking and treats! Please make sure your CHN membership is up to date – it is $25 per year per family. Remember it can be muddy so wear boots! \nWhen: Saturday\, Oct. 4th from 1:30pm to 3:30pm\nWhere: Hazelmere Pumpkin Patch at 18507 20 Ave\, Surrey\nJoin us for some fun in the pumpkin patch\, mini corn maze\, farm animal areas\, play area and wagon ride while enjoying treats and connecting with other heart families! We will gather under the tent\, look for the red CHN flag. Every child gets to take home a pumpkin.
