As you may be aware, the cardiac surgery program at BC Children’s Hospital has been under review due to the disruption of some surgeries. The cardiac services program at BC Children’s Hospital is committed to addressing these issues and the hospital’s leadership’s priority is to get the surgical program back on track.
You are being invited to take part in this survey as you may have been part of the cardiac services program previously or currently. This survey is being conducted by BC Children’s Hospital. Your responses to the questions on this survey will help us improve the care provided.
There are four sections of the survey, and it should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Participation in the survey is completely voluntary and anonymous, and all responses to the survey questions will be kept confidential for the purposes of quality improvement.
