Zajac Ranch for CHN heart kids and youth
It is hard to believe, but it is time to start thinking about camp 2012! Stay tuned for registration info for the
Heart Beats camp (July 3 - 7, 2012), ages 8 - 13 and the HOG youth camp (July 12 - 15, 2012), ages 13 - 18.
Calling all mothers of Heart kids! Thanks to two devoted heart mamas, there are now two 'Heart Mama Coffee Groups' underway in the Lower Mainland and they would love for you to join them. "No matter what the age or heart condition of your child, it is so nice to get together, chat and share our experiences and challenges," says heart mama Jen.
The Richmond/Steveston group meets the first Tuesday of the month at a local coffee shop.
The Burnaby/Vancouver group meets the second Tuesday of the month at a local coffee shop. Contact
